How do I connect Facebook and Rdio?

In Rdio, go to your Settings and select External, then click Connect with Facebook.

Log in with your Facebook credentials.

Once you're successfully connected, your Rdio Settings will look like this:

Click Find your friends to see which of your Facebook friends have Rdio, and follow them to add them to your Rdio network.

How will I know the accounts were successfully connected?

Once the accounts are connected, you can share albums, playlists and artists on your wall, and on your friends’ walls.

You'll also see updates from friends in your Facebook Ticker, and on your music app page. You’ll see it on your timeline as well.

Can I disable the Timeline posts on Facebook?

Yup, just unselect the “Share the songs you play on Facebook” option in your Rdio settings.

You’ll still be able to share on Facebook with the "Share" option, and find your Facebook friends, but your current listens won’t appear on your Timeline.

Or, you can customize your Facebook music app settings — go to Account Settings in Facebook, then select App.

I'm not seeing any updates, did I do it wrong?

Try signing out of Rdio and Facebook, clearing your browser’s cache, and then logging back in. If this doesn’t do the trick, try the following:

Disconnect your account from the Rdio External Settings page and remove the Rdio app from your Facebook app settings page.

To remove the Rdio app from Facebook, go to Account Settings, and select App.

From there, select the Rdio app, click Edit  and select Remove App.

Then, reconnect your accounts, select "Log in and Add to Timeline", and make sure you click "Allow" on the second permissions page as well.

How can I disconnect my Facebook and Rdio accounts?

To disconnect accounts, log into your Rdio account and visit your External settings. There, click the 'x' next to the account you'd like to revoke access to.
