Problematic streaming can happen for a variety of different reasons. In order to track down the issue, please try the following suggestions, and let us know what you discover.
- Try having Rdio open in a single browser & tab, not multiple instances at the same time.
- Try refreshing/reloading Rdio in your browser.
- Quit and restart your web browser, then try Rdio.
- If you’re using Rdio Desktop, try playing music without it running.
Still not working?
- Try from a different web browser (Firefox/Chrome/Safari)
- Make sure the Rdio site isn’t blocked by a firewall (say, at work). To check this, go to this test site: BitGravity Player Debug and let us know what results you see — a screenshot would be best.
- Try Rdio on a different Internet connection, like a friend or family’s computer, a cafe with wifi, a 3G connection from a smartphone, etc.
