What if I switch from Web-Only to Unlimited mid-month?

If you upgrade in the middle of a billing cycle, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing month, then the regular monthly charge on your usual billing date from then on.

Credit card problems

Some common reasons why your credit card may not authorize:

  • You may not have credit or funds available in your credit or debit card account.
  • Prepaid debit cards require a zipcode associated with them, or we will be unable to process the card.
  • Your card may have expired.
  • Your account may have a hold and you may need to contact your financial institution.
If your card details are correct and you have sufficient funds available, please contact Rdio support at billing@rdio.com.

How can I purchase a gift card?

You can purchase an Rdio gift card for any amount you'd like. Gift cards can be purchased directly on the site at www.rdio.com/gift. Simply select an amount, and an email recipient, and the code will be sent straight to your inbox.

To redeem an Rdio gift card, visit www.rdio.com/redeem while logged into your account, and enter in the code. You'll still need to subscribe to one of our paid subscriptions and your Rdio credit will be used to pay for the subscription.
