How do I subscribe to Rdio? 

If you’re still in the Rdio trial, Subscribe to Rdio using the Subscribe button below the web player. Select Rdio Unlimited or Rdio Web and enter your credit card information on the secure credit card details form.

You can also navigate to the Subscription page by hovering your mouse over the top header Account and selecting the Subscription sub-tab.

Click the subscription of your choice, and enter your billing information.

All payment information is sent over SSL to ensure the security of your personal information. If you’d prefer to enter your information via an HTTPS page, you’ll have the option to open the form in a new window.

I've already subscribed but now I need to change my info. How do I change my payment information? 

Change your payment profile on the web. Access this from the Account header by selecting Settings and the Payment sub-tab. Click Edit to modify your existing Payment Profile.

Whether you’re adding a new credit card and payment profile or updating an existing one, a secure window will pop-up. Here you can add info and change your billing name or address on a secure (SSL again) form. When you are finished, click Update to save your changes.

What will appear on my credit card statement?

Charges for your Rdio subscription and downloads will come from "RDIO.COM"

Does billing automatically recur each month?

Yep, it's entirely automatic.
 

What if I switch from Web-Only to Unlimited mid-month?

If you upgrade in the middle of a billing cycle, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing month, then the regular $9.99/mo on your usual billing date from then on.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel your subscription on the web from your Subscription page. You will still be able to access your subscription through the end of the current billing cycle.
