Desktop
- The app isn't currently supported for Linux machines
- The Mac app only works for OS 10.6+
- Sometimes the Rdio Web player starts acting weird if the desktop app is running — for example the queue will not let you add more music to it. This has to do with a Mac/Flash bug, where too many localConnections are open. Visit this page and let us know what your results are.
- If your Applications folder's permissions are set to read-only, Match Collection sometimes has trouble.

Web
Currently-known issues in Rdio/Web:
- Player won't advance to next track: sometimes when the Rdio desktop app is running at the same time as rdio.com in your web browser, the music player won't skip to the next track. Try quitting the Desktop app and refreshing rdio.com in your browser.
- Music streaming problems: if your computer is behind a firewall (at work, for example) you might have trouble streaming. See this help article for details.
- Sharing problems: if you're unable to share, try disconnecting, then reconnecting from your Facebook/twitter/last.fm to your Rdio account on the External account settings page.
General
General things we know about, not platform-specific:
- It often looks like there are multiple copies of the same album
- There is a bug that may cause your Now Playing to disappear/load improperly if you attempt to use your Rdio account from more than one browser at the same time. It may also not show up if you have Rdio open on more than one browser tab. If this happens to you, try quitting and restarting your browser, then give Rdio a few moments to load.
