Windows Phone APP FRUSTRATION
Started out using spotify and then tried rdio and its website and loved it. Went to download the app for windows phone while using the trial and was really dissapointted. Seemed way easier to naviagate then spotify but im not able to play a full album without it crashing or not loading the song at all. Iv done everything iv could to fix the problem but by judging by all the poor comments in the windows phone marketplace I can see im not the only one. Please please please rdio get it together, I really like what you got but I cant pay for the service if its not goin to work on my phone. Works awesome on my ipad but I dont always have my ipad around. Using a htc hd7 running latest version of mango

Thanks for writing in—we're aware of several issue with the current iteration of the Windows Phone App, and are continuing to work on updates and improvements. My sincere apologies for the continued inconvenience.
One issue that we have isolated- if you've ever run another app that does background audio, Rdio will not be able to play anything. For example, if you use Pandora, pause the app and open Rdio, Rdio will not be able to play with Pandora running in the background.
A couple of other things to try if you haven't already:
- Restart your device — does the problem persist after a restart?
- Try streaming over 3G and Wifi. Does one work but not the other? If so, there might be a problem with one of the connections.
- Delete and reinstall the app — though it’s a last resort, sometimes a full fresh start will clear up the issue.
