I am using Firefox 9.01 and the operating system is Windows Vista Home Premium. I purchased a subscription yesterday and I have been having issues listening to music since then. Songs will start but will stop after a couple of seconds and be off and on for the length of the song. I don't believe it is my internet connection as everything else is working fine. I had no problems before I purchased a subscription.

To start, would you:
1) Make sure you have Rdio open in a single browser & tab, not multiple instances at the same time.
2) Try refreshing/reloading Rdio in your browser.
3) Quit and restart your web browser, then try Rdio.
4) If you’re using Rdio's desktop app, try playing music without it running.
If it’s still not streaming properly, would you try from another browser (preferably Chrome) to see if things are any better there?

I notice the same thing, even trying all the suggestions above - the music regularly cuts out for about 3 seconds then resumes.
I am using Chrome now, and I have had no problems.
