why can't I listen free music when it says to wait for 14 days on an exact day to listen once more?

Victor Christy Feb 13, 2012 04:35PM PST

Ok, I know I'm too young and I'm still in high school junior but here is what I'm explaining. Last week on February 09 and 10 of this year, I listened to my free music for two days, Friday I noticed that I ran out of free music that quick, and when samples of the songs occurred, the writing on the upper left side of the page in print still says "subscribe for unlimited music and get 14 days free", but it hasn't also said of a date for the next 2 weeks to listen free music again. I mean, it's so awkward, and frustrating why they haven't mentioned a date for having the chance to listen the free music we love to listen. Can someone tell me how this "date" is going to happen on my rdio account?

Hi Victor,

For this initial period of Rdio’s free availability, we're only providing a set number of streams for each user. Since you've now listened to your entire allotment of streams for this account, your account will no longer refresh with free streams at the beginning of each month — my apologies for any confusion our messaging has caused.

If you'd like to continue using this Rdio account, you can upgrade to one of our unlimited streaming subscriptions at any time. Rdio Unlimited is $9.99/mo, and will give you full access on the web and with our desktop, mobile, and supported media player apps. Rdio Web is $4.99/mo and supports unlimited website and desktop streaming only.

Best,
Madelyn
