Hi Keith,

Thanks for writing in. This is something we’d like to get to the bottom of quickly. To start, would you:
1) Make sure you have Rdio open in a single browser & tab, not multiple instances at the same time.
2) Try refreshing/reloading Rdio in your browser.
3) Quit and restart your web browser, then try Rdio.
4) If you’re using Rdio Desktop, try playing music without it running.

If it’s still not streaming properly, please let us know.

Yeah, getting the problem very bad. Both browser and windows download. In Australia, which is likely the problem.

Hi Nic,

Thanks for writing in. Sorry to hear you're seeing some issues. If you've already tried the above solutions, here are a few other things to try:

-Try using Rdio in a different browser.
- Confirm that you're using the latest version of flash (which you can check here: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/155/tn_15507.html).
- Also confirm that you're not blocked by a firewall, for instance at work (check that here http://player.bitgravity.com/debug/).
-Make sure you don't have any other active data transfers that might be pilfering bandwidth.
