On the Roku channel, there are a lot of albums missing compared to the web/iOS version. When I go to an artist, I see only one or a few albums, while on the web/iOS version there are way more, sometimes 10 or 20 albums available.
Is this normal?
Thanks for writing in. This is normal, due to the limitations of Roku as a platform. This exists to some extent on all of our apps (on iOS it will only bring up a list of 30 albums, even if the artist has put out many more than that), but is especially pronounced on Roku because of how difficult development is.

I understand the difficulties. I hope you will be able to surmount the development challenges on the Roku platform.
But for certain artists, there are not even one album. The artist appears in the search results, but no albums appear, while this artist has several albums available on iOS and on the Web.
That certainly doesn't sound normal. Can you try disconnecting and reconnecting your account, and see if that fixes this issue?
