App won't download
i started my free trial, and tried to download the app for my iphone via the app store on the phone, just says waiting, then i get an error msg that it "won't download at this time". So, tried downloading via itunes on my computer, still a no go. Is this a known issue? Can't find anything in the Help Centre. Thanks!

Hi Angela,
Thanks for writing in. The app needs iOS 3.1.3+ to work properly, is it possible you're running an old operating system? If no, you might try restarting you phone and see if that has any effect.
Otherwise, in order to resolve this issue, you'll need to get in contact with Apple support directly, sorry!
