Offline music

Carol Sweeney Jul 13, 2012 06:38AM PDT

Is their a way I can listen to music offline. I use it in my car and it'll play 30 seconds of a song and then go to the next in my playlists. It's really annoying and I can't stand paying $10 a month for an app that I cant use it for what I want. I have unlimted data plan but I don't know why it doesn't always work.

Thanks!

Hi Carol,

Thanks for writing in. To sync music for offline playback, find an album or song and select Sync to Mobile from the drop-down menu options. Music synced for Offline play is marked with an orange icon. You can also use Rdio’s website (www.rdio.com) to mark music for offline syncing.

For more information on how to use the Android app, you can check out our app guides here: http://help.rdio.com/customer/portal/articles/58977-android-app-guide

As for the 30 second problem, make sure you don't have any unavailable albums or tracks in your playlists, and let me know if that's the issue.

Cheers,
Mike
