iPhone Syncing problems

i synced two large playlists on to my phone for offline play but as soon as a leave my wifi hotspot none of them will play at all. anyone else have this problem

Hi Ian,

Thanks for checking in with is on this. It's possible that the playlists didn't fully sync while you were connected. Here are a few things to check:

- View your syncing settings (Settings > Advanced) to make sure you're allowing syncing for your current network.
- Check your devices’s available memory (http://www.ehow.com/how_5932918_check-iphone-memory.html)—you can only sync as much music as your device has available space. Once it’s full, the app won't sync more music until you've made more space available.
- Charge your battery—devices low on battery may be unable to sync.
- Does the syncing process appear to be stuck on one album? If so, let us know which album.

If none of these do the trick, it's possible something went wrong in the initial installation. Would you delete and reinstall the app?

Your synced songs will start to re-sync once you’ve reinstalled and log back in (you don't have to re-select them). If the syncing issue persists after a reinstall, please let us know.
