cancel account

I've been trying to log into one of the accounts I have with Rdio as in right now and so far have been unsuccessful. Unfortunately i forgot my e-mail and password I used to open that account and so now I can't log in to cancel it since I have a new one now. I've been charged for both accounts when Im only using on of them since the other one was in my old phone. I need help trying to cancel the account under the e-mail pompa81@gmail.com. Is there a way to cancel the account without having to log in to it? I really need that account cancelled since I've been charged for it when Im not really using it, && is there a way to get the money I've been charged for?

Hi Gabriel,

Thanks for checking out. There's no account information under pompa81@gmail.com. Do you have another email I could look up? Without the email address or username of the account in question we can't delete anything.

We can also look it up if you provide the name and the last four digits of the card being charged. You can email that into help@rdio.com if you prefer this method.
