I have a BlackBerry Bold 9900, OS 7.1.
I've used your mobile app for quite some time, but I just downgraded my plan because for months now, the BlackBerry app has been a total mess. It always crashes with an uncaught exception after playing two or three songs; occasionally my offline collection just disappears; frequently it won't connect at all; often it's very slow. I've twice deleted and reinstalled the app, I've twice deleted and resynced my collection, but it's just hopeless.
The worst part is, there was a point at which this app worked great, for quite some time. I had it on my Bold 9700 too, and despite that entire device being a slow piece of crap, the Rdio experience was still great. Which just makes the last several months' worth of issues all the more frustrating.
If you can please take a look at my logs I've sent (there have been many), and fix (or tell me how to fix) whatever it is that's prevented me from using Rdio for so long, I'd be happy to come back aboard. You do provide an excellent service. But you ask users to provide logs every time the app crashes, and then you don't do anything – you don't reach out to the user, you don't fix the problem, you just sit on the logs and twiddle your thumbs. That aspect of your business needs some serious work.

Thanks for all your patience. Have you seen any improvement here, or have you still been seeing consistent crashes? I still haven't heard any news on the Blackberry app, but we certainly appreciate your help and feedback while we optimize it for the future.
If the app has crashed any more recently, let me know and I can alert the rest of the team about looking into the crash-logs.
