Here's what happens:
I press "Check now" to initialize sync. It starts to go through the "Starting sync..." process, populating the list of albums to sync. At 75%, it stops and nothing new happens; it just stays at "Starting sync..." 75% indefinitely. Force quitting and restarting my phone lead to the exact same behavior (75% every time). I tried to remove the album that it had just put on the list from mobile and it still stops at 75% - just with the new album removed - despite force quits and restarts).
Completely wiping and reinstalling hasn't helped either.
This has happened sporadically in the past, but at least I had a library to listen to at that time. The phone was reset to factory today so I no longer have the library on here. I have even tried resetting it multiple times today. I'm on a limited data plan so streaming is strictly out of the question.
I have also submitted a log of this - please respond. I really would like to get my music working again, else I'm going to have to leave this great service.
