SHOWING MY SUBSCRIPTION EXPIRED AND NOT ABLE TO PLAY FULL VERSION OF SONGS

I am being told when I sign on to rdio that "You're out of free music. Subscribre now. I have an account and get funds taken out every month. This problem occurred after several weeks of my rdio not loading on my computer. I have no problems on my android is there anyone that can give me advice or help out there

The account associated with this email address is an expired Rdio free account. Is there any chance there's another account you're subscribed with?
