Cancelled my subscription

I'm very sad to have had to cancel my subscription to Rdio and go for the Zune music pass instead- I've recently got a Windows Phone and the Rdio app is almost entirely non-functional. Now that Spotify has a WP app I think that Rdio needs to step up it's game. I'm not expecting a lot- just the ability to play music.

Either that or make an importable module like iOS and Android have- then at least we can make our own apps.

I am cancelling my subcription because I only got it because I wanted some songs on my phone but my phone is not able to download the app.

Thanks for writing in. In order to edit your account settings, including canceling your subscription, you’ll need to use a computer to access Rdio’s Subscription page: http://www.rdio.com/settings/subscription/

To cancel, click the link above (or log in to your Rdio account, visit Settings and select the Subscriptions tab). Then, scroll to the bottom of the page, and click 'Cancel Subscription'.

Once canceled, your account will not be billed again and your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

I already my cancellation but I want to be sure you are not going to bill me anymore because I had cancel it before but in my statement it appear the payment since almost a year and that no fair.

It looks like you cancelled on May 4th. You will not be billed by us again and your subscription will remain active on there until the end of your current billing cycle.
