Skipping via Sonos

I'm having big problems getting more than 30 seconds out of a track before it skips on my Sonos system when using Rdio. My other streaming services work fine as do other music sources like docked iPods and internet radio.

Have upgraded everything to the latest version but doesn't seem to help.

Any ideas?

I'm having the same issue, my internet radio works just fine, music from my hard drive sources work fine, basically any non-Rdio source streams perfectly.

I disconnected the whole network, turned off all my devices and booted up the Sonos first, then all other devices one at a time. Still the issue is with rdio only, can't be a sonos issue, I don't see how.

Have the people complaining about the issue and claim ipod is fine due to the fact they have synced to mobile, in which case there is no streaming via internet?

I can't listen to my rdio playlists because the songs randomly skip, 1 may play fine then 3 or 4 in a row play 10-30 secs and then skip.

Hi Andrew

Can you open your account on the web, and see if Rdio is streaming properly there?

If so, this is likely a Sonos-specific issue that the Sonos team is better equipped to handle. If they say that the issue is completely on our end we will do our best to address and correct the problem.

If Rdio on the web is skipping for you as well, please let us know.

can only get 30 sec of each song on my android galaxy notethanks trevor have upgraded and interface works fine
