Android App Freezing

I have two android devices, a nexus 7 and a droid razr maxx, and on both of those devices, the rdio app inconsistently freezes when a play a new song. This issue is sometimes fixed by restarting the app, but this does not always fix the issue. I read the reviews of the app on the play store, and many of the most recent reviews say that since the update of the app, there have been many issues with it. Is this a known issue, and how is this fixed? Also, are there any plans to include a remote volume option? I like to control my windows app with my phone/tablet. Thanks.

Hi Craig,

Sorry about the trouble. Are you experiencing these issues across different networks/connections (ex. work vs. home), or does it seem localized to one?

Either way, we'd like to take a look at logs from your device to shed light on what may be going on. Next time you experience issues, please head to Help > Submit App Log. Please respond here once you've sent the logs, and I'll have our engineering team take a look.

There aren't any plans at the moment to introduce remote volume control, but thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We'll share this with the rest of our team.

I got the error to occur again, and I sent in the log today on my droid razr maxx. I hope it is not too late anyways, thanks.

I can confirm that this issue is occurring across different networks/connections. This has happened to me in the car, on 4G LTE, at home on my WiFi, and at work on WiFi. I would have been able to respond sooner today, but I can't seem to be able to "post answer" on a mobile device. Thanks for the quick response.
