Rdio on Windows Phone 8
I am trying to listen to music from my rdio app on my nokia lumia 920 windows phone 8 from my rdio unlimited plan; however upon clicking on either music in my collection or any type of music, it does not play. The album artist image shows up, but the time remains at -1:00 and music never plays.
Everything works fine on my ipad.

Hi Joe,
Sorry about the trouble, and thanks for sharing your findings. Here are some suggestions for preliminary troubleshooting:
1. Quit and restart the app.
2. Restart your device. Does the problem persist after a restart?
3. Make sure you’ve upgraded to the most recent version of the app. The bug you encountered may have already been fixed in our most recent update.
4. Try streaming or syncing over both a 3G and wifi connection. Does one work but not the other?
5. If none of those do the trick, delete and reinstall the app. Though it’s a last resort, often a fresh start will clear up the issue.
Let me know if the trouble persists after trying the above.

Thank you, I tried everything myself except for the uninstall and reinstall. That resolved the issue.
